The full MYndful Movement Program: Primary/Junior
or
Intermediate/Senior.
Weekly, hour-long interactive sessions for the full MYndfulness movement of breath, body and mind.
Students will practice breathwork, drumming circles, MYndful seeing, listening, tasting, and walking. They will understand their brain and body as it relates to their mental health and MYndfulness routine.
MYMSL: These 2 certifications run consecutively. Each 4-hour program provides senior students with their own personal practice, mental health routine, and planned leadership events with their certification level 1 or level 2.
Self-identified student leaders will learn and practice MYndful moments and movement sequences for emotional regulation and focus. They will receive resources for their personal practice and to guide their peers. Planned Wellness events will provide them opportunity to guide their younger cohort in surrounding family of schools.
The MYMF Certification Program is a great fit within the Grade 12 Student Leadership course, for your YES4MH club, Mental Health Club, Student Council, or any other regularly scheduled interested class or club.
1-Hour Workshop for student leaders and their younger student buddies.
Junior, intermediate, or senior students take a leadership role with their little primary partner to make their own MYndful Glitter Jar. The student leader learns then leads their buddy in a calming breathing practice using their glitter jar to help stay focused.

Junior, intermediate, or senior students take a leadership role with their little primary partner to make their own Brain Sculpture using modeling clay. They learn how their brain benefits from MYndfulness!
Drumming, movement, and creative expressions through music engage students in sensory awareness to promote focus and emotional regulation. Breathwork is also incorporated for self-reliance and social emotional skills development for kind classrooms.
Movement and breathwork workshops engage all ages of students, promoting resilience, emotional regulation, grit, and creativity. These workshops are great for promoting kindness, inclusivity, and compassion to self and others.
