Children will learn simple and effective techniques to reduce stress and create healthy habits to cope with daily life through fun games and engaging activities. These skills will allow a clear mind for best retention while feeling good about themselves.

Teens Finding Peace: Youth MYndfulness through Breathwork

In this rapidly evolving age of technologyreliance, loneliness, isolation, and sedimentary living, teen will learn and develop Tips & Tools that relieve their stress, anxiety, and depressive thoughts. 

During the COVID-19 challenge, stress and anxiety have become an even greater obstacle to manage in our teen's lives.


Teens connect the dots between feeling good emotionally and their sleep, nutrition and movement. The focus is on the positive!

Become a MYndful Movement Educator or invite an instructor to your classroom.

A 4-Hour Online Training Course supports your personal mindfulness practice and teaches you how to use the MYM Teacher's Guide. These interactive online courses are engaging and informative. 

The latest research and the MBSR program are foundations of this course and all activities.

We will approach all MYM lessons as Trauma-Sensitive instructors. Dialogue and sharing, questions and brainstorming are all part of this rich learning experience. 

You will come away with a wide variety of ideas for games, activities, moments and reflections for your group.

As a member of our Parent Committee at Fern Hill School in Oakville, I was thrilled to invite Mindfulness sessions for all of our students ranging in age from Preschool to Grade 8. During my first conversation with Ms.Taylor, I was struck by her passion and enthusiasm for working with students, and her flexibility and accommodation for working with both large and small groups. Not only did the mindfulness program accommodate our limited schedule, but they  created personalized sessions for each of our grade levels. The MYndful Movement  instructors spent a full-day and a half working with our students and the feedback from her sessions was incredibly positive. The students loved Ms. Taylor’s enthusiasm, and the interactive nature of her sessions. They had the students up and moving, answering questions, and participating in a number of interesting exercises! The teachers especially enjoyed learning about practical tools that they could use in the classroom to keep their students calm and focused, and how to include Mindfulness in their classroom on a daily basis. We also had many parents participate in the sessions and they could not believe the ease in which Ms. Taylor connected with the all the children at the school, especially our senior students in grades 6-8.  In the weeks following Ms. Taylor’s sessions at Fern Hill, I had parents, teachers and students regularly tell me how useful these MYndful Movement sessions were, and how they used many of these techniques at home, in the classroom and in their personal lives.  Personally, I loved how the programming incorporated the science behind Mindful Movements and Meditation in her sessions and how they explained to the students how and why these techniques really work.  

We are all very excited to welcome The MYndful Movement Program back to Fern Hill again this year!

I would highly recommend Ms. Taylor as a speaker!
