This soundscape experience is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that blends the soothing tones of crystal and brass singing bowls, a variety of chimes, rain sticks and other special instruments with guided meditations. The session begins with a few minutes of gentle somatic yogic movement, inviting you to connect body and mind while tuning into your inner sensations. The process helps release physical tension and prepares your body to fully absorb the healing vibrations.

The sound healing session provides space and time for you to realign. You’ll be guided through mindfulness and guided imagery meditations, grounding yourself and exploring the depths of your consciousness. The calming hum of the crystal and brass singing bowls fills the space as Deb plays rain sticks, chimes and more to gently washing away any remaining stress.

To sooth your system and elevate your energy, singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and other special instruments are introduced, their frequencies creating a sense of lightness to uplift your spirit. All of this unfolds in our serene setting, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. By the end of this hour-long journey, your mind will be clear and calm, creating the ideal space for setting intentions for the weeks and month ahead. This experience brings balance, clarity, and deep inner peace.
Celebrate the radiant energy of the Summer Solstice with a deeply nourishing evening of relaxation, renewal, and connection. Join us on June 20th from 7:00–8:30pm at the beautiful SaltPalace, held in this warm and tranquil space, for a calming and uplifting Sound Bath Ceremony designed to help you reset, recharge, and align with the vibrant energy of the season.
We’ll begin with gentle, letting go of old and unwanted energy. Then flow into some feel-good movement and soothing breathwork to release tension, calm the nervous system, and open the body. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be immersed in the healing sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls, chimes, and rhythmic drumming—waves of sound that help quiet the mind, restore balance, and invite a deep sense of peace.
This unique setting also includes the benefits of halotherapy (salt therapy), where fine salt particles are dispersed into the air to support respiratory health, reduce inflammation, and promote deep relaxation. Breathing in this mineral-rich environment can help clear the airways, boost immunity, and enhance your overall sense of well-being—making your sound bath experience even more restorative and rejuvenating.

Sound Relaxation Therapy or
a Sound Bath are found monthly in the Oakville community, for your corporate workplace, and for your private functions.

Your specially designed workout program includes strength training and yoga. This is a fusion blend of muscle tone, stretch, and mindfulness made right for your body. Each session closes with an awesome Savasana.
Nutritional coaching included when desired.

Make it your routine to join Deb, one on one, or with your group, weekly or periodically, for a meditation practice.
You put together your group, and
Deb guides your meditations in a style that feels comfortable.
We drop in to present moment awareness and short centering moments to regulate our nervous system. We practice grounding ourselves when busy, and feeling a peaceful confidence to uplift and empower our day.

Sessions are customized and can be 20-40-minutes in length, always with a variety of meditation techniques practiced.

MYndful Movement is for everyone who feels the need for more peace and calm in their lives.
These evidence-based activities show amazing benefits for our student's resilience, ability to cope with stress, kindness and patience to themselves and others, improved focus, and more.
The MYM teacher's guide includes two programs. The easy-to-follow lesson plans lead your children and teens in SEL skills through the lens of mindfulness. Have fun with these engaging moments and movement sequences for a more peaceful, more focused classroom.

The MYndful Movement Program provides products and services to support children, youth, and adults with practical tools and techniques for mental health support. We believe in these creative activities, moments, movement sequences, and routines to improve focus, enhance memory, reduce stress and anxiety, and empower individuals for a healthier, happier life.
Evidence-based research supports all aspects of these engaging MYndfulness techniques.
No experience necessary to participate in a workshop and feel the benefits of MYndful moments and movements.
