Enjoy the soft, healing tones in this cozy and beautiful space. We will stretch, breathe, and connect with Deb Taylor for an hour of awesome!
A sound bath with Deb Taylor is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that blends the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls with guided meditations. The session begins with a few minutes of gentle somatic yogic movement, inviting you to connect body and mind while tuning into your inner sensations. This mindful movement helps release physical tension and prepares your body to fully absorb the healing vibrations.
Once settled, you’ll be guided through mindfulness and guided imagery meditations, grounding yourself and exploring the depths of your consciousness. The calming hum of the crystal singing bowls fills the space as Deb plays rain sticks, gently washing away any remaining stress.
To elevate your energy, Koshi chimes are introduced, their higher frequencies creating a sense of lightness and uplifting your spirit. All of this unfolds in the beautiful and serene setting of Oakville, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. By the end of this hour-long journey, your mind will be clear and calm, creating the ideal space for setting intentions for the weeks and months ahead. This experience brings balance, clarity, and deep inner peace.

As we let go of the tensions we no longer need to carry and ground in self-acceptance, our calm creativity will flow.

Whether you're 6, 26, 56 or 96 your mental health routine is critical for a happy life.
We believe that learning should be engaging, interactive, and fun. That's why we have developed a unique approach to education that combines traditional teaching methods with cutting-edge technology. Our courses are designed to be interactive, hands-on, and tailored to the needs of each individual. We'll get creative with our mental health: sound baths, drumming circles, yoga, mindful moments, creative writing reflections, gentle Qigong mindful movement sequences, and many more sensory focused techniques to allow for a clear and calm mind and body.
Make it your routine to join in with your group weekly for a meditation practice. You put together your group, and
Deb guides your meditations in a style that feels comfortable.
We drop in to present moment awareness and short centering moments to regulate our nervous system. We practice grounding ourselves when busy, and feeling a peaceful confidence to uplift and empower our day.
If you know Deb, you know we'll have a few laughs along the way...which is also good medicine.
Sessions are 45-minutes in length, always with a variety of meditation techniques practiced.

Your specially designed workout program includes strength training and yoga. This is a fusion blend of muscle tone, stretch, and mindfulness made right for your body. Each session closes with an awesome Savasana.

The MYM teacher's guide includes two programs. The easy-to-follow lesson plans lead your children and teens in SEL skills through the lens of mindfulness. Have fun with these engaging moments and movement sequences for a more peaceful, more focused classroom.
