These evidence-based activities show amazing benefits for our student's resilience, ability to cope with stress, kindness and patience to themselves and others, improved focus, and more.
The MYM teacher's guide includes two programs. The easy-to-follow lesson plans lead your children and teens in SEL skills through the lens of mindfulness. Have fun with these engaging moments and movement sequences for a more peaceful, more focused classroom.
Teachers take the training to practice mindfulness as you learn best practices in leading the activities, games and moments with ease.
