The MYndful MovementTM (MYM) Program is the only Canadian mindfulness-based program with developmental trajectory.
The MYM is an easy-to-follow lesson plans for elementary through to high school educators and parents of at-home learners. Your own personal practice of mindfulness will be enhanced as you bring mindfulness to your students and children. Together, you will walk through a regular practice secular mindfulness for movement of body, breath and mind.

Integrating The MYM program into your course will likely maximize focused learning time and reduce transition time with greater ease for both teacher and student.
Use a favourite activity as a stand-alone MYndful Moment or implement a session each week for the suggested consecutive 8-weeks. This comprehensive program may lead your entire student body in a school-wide well-being initiative.

The MYM resource includes two educational manuals: Grades 1–6 and Grades 7–12. Each student will gain a clear understanding of their brain, their senses and their own ability to regulate thoughts through present-moment awareness.
Through games, drumming, movement, creative reflections and much more, your child/youth will practice being present in the moment without judgment to themselves or others. These focus-ready students are able to listen, retain, respond and communicate to their true potential with a more peaceful mind.
