you will enjoy a gentle morning stretch yoga session, and breath work to help you feel present and amazing.
Sharing time, MYndful Eating, MYndful Nature Walks, and so much more. You'll have a much needed day to feel grounded and aligned to Self, once again.
Let's realign with our intentions and embrace the warmth of the season. Immerse yourself in an hour filled with powerful mindfulness practices, including a short guided meditation and breathwork to enhance your sound healing experience, all carefully curated by Deb Taylor, to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and awaken a sense of clarity and joy. Enjoy the uplifting presence of like-minded people, and feel deeply recharged, inspired, and aligned with the rhythm of the season.
Deb Taylor will guide you in this special evening designed to align your energy with the calming, peaceful sound vibrations for renewal for your spirit and deep relaxation. As you settle in, you will be immersed in a symphony of healing sounds, from the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls to the gentle patter of rain sticks and the delicate, airy tones of Koshi chimes. The rich, swirling frequencies will wash over you, guiding your body into a state of relaxation. This immersive experience will help clear your mind, calm your body, and center your spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and deeply nourished.
We will practice together for the best session for your body, mind, and spirit. We'll design your program together. Women and couples are Deb's specialties. Nutritional coaching is included when desired. Each session includes customized yoga that's right for you
and an awesome Savasana.
Sound Relaxation Therapy or
a Sound Bath are found monthly in the Oakville community, for your corporate workplace, and for your private functions.
Your specially designed workout program includes strength training and yoga. This is a fusion blend of muscle tone, stretch, and mindfulness made right for your body. Each session closes with an awesome Savasana.
Nutritional coaching included when desired.
Make it your routine to join Deb, one on one, or with your group, weekly or periodically, for a meditation practice.
You put together your group, and
Deb guides your meditations in a style that feels comfortable.
We drop in to present moment awareness and short centering moments to regulate our nervous system. We practice grounding ourselves when busy, and feeling a peaceful confidence to uplift and empower our day.
If you know Deb, you know we'll have a few laughs along the way...which is also good medicine.
Sessions are customized and can be 20-40-minutes in length, always with a variety of meditation techniques practiced.
Together we'll design a convenient time that's just right for you and your group.

MYndful Movement is for everyone who feels the need for more peace and calm in their lives.
These evidence-based activities show amazing benefits for our student's resilience, ability to cope with stress, kindness and patience to themselves and others, improved focus, and more.
The MYM teacher's guide includes two programs. The easy-to-follow lesson plans lead your children and teens in SEL skills through the lens of mindfulness. Have fun with these engaging moments and movement sequences for a more peaceful, more focused classroom.
