Shake it off! We will release tension and stress that you are carrying with effective and helpful techniques.
We then have space and capacity to invite light and loving energy in. This invigorating session will Spring us into action!
May 22, 7pm-8pm.
Release physical tension to allow your body to fully absorb the healing vibrations.
You will be guided through mindfulness and guided imagery meditations, grounds for emotional stability. The calming hum of the crystal singing bowls fills the space with rain sticks, gently washing away stress.
This will be relaxing, yes.
Why? because we let go of the unwanted tension and stress.
This will be energizing!
Why? Because we will be inviting and expanding all the light and positive energy from nature, the Universe, and each other!

A sound bath with Deb Taylor is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that blends the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls with guided meditations. The session begins with a few minutes of gentle somatic yogic movement, inviting you to connect body and mind while tuning into your inner sensations. This mindful movement helps release physical tension and prepares your body to fully absorb the healing vibrations.
Once settled, you’ll be guided through mindfulness and guided imagery meditations, grounding yourself and exploring the depths of your consciousness. The calming hum of the gong and crystal singing bowls fills the space as Deb plays rain sticks, gently washing away any remaining stress.
To elevate your energy, Koshi chimes are introduced, their higher frequencies creating a sense of lightness and uplifting your spirit. All of this unfolds in the beautiful and serene setting in Oakville, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. By the end of this hour-long journey, your mind will be clear and calm, creating the ideal space for setting intentions for the weeks and months ahead. This experience brings balance, clarity, and deep inner peace.

A silent mindfulness practice is special, hard to come-by, and powerful. Some are concerned that they won't be able to contain their voice, but it truly works the other way. The more you are with yourself, the more you enjoy the natural sounds.
We will practice together for the best session for your body, mind, and spirit. We'll design your program together. Women and couples are Deb's specialties. Nutritional coaching is included when desired. Each session includes customized yoga that's right for you
and an awesome Savasana.
Sound Relaxation Therapy or
a Sound Bath are found monthly in the Oakville community, for your corporate workplace, and for your private functions.
Your specially designed workout program includes strength training and yoga. This is a fusion blend of muscle tone, stretch, and mindfulness made right for your body. Each session closes with an awesome Savasana.

We'll get creative with our mental health: sound baths, drumming circles, yoga, mindful moments, breathwork, creative writing reflections, gentle Qigong mindful movement sequences, and many more sensory focused techniques to allow for a clear and calm mind and body.
